What is it?  The new product Winning Skeet – It’s All in Your Mind is specific to Skeet and International Skeet. The 6 CD audio program takes the principles and techniques that we teach and applies them directly to the shooter. Approximately 80% of the information is totally new and is not addressed on Mental Management for Shooting Sports. The 20% that is basically the same kind of information is made more valuable to the listener because the application is so specific to the sport.

Winning Skeet includes a discussion of the tournament mental system that we teach to the shooters that attend out training seminars here in our studios. You will learn how shooters develop consistent mental performances. You will learn how to significantly reduce the mental errors that you might make in a competition resulting in more targets hit and greater enjoyment of the sport. We discuss the common errors shooters make and how to avoid them. In addition much is said about pressure control, how to build Self-Image and how to train the mind at the same time that you are training the gun-body system.

Winning Skeet does not replace Mental Management for Shooting Sports. It expands and enhances the program providing a clearer and more focused application for the shooter. For this reason we encourage you to take advantage of both programs as a part of your mental training. If you own Mental Management for Shooting Sports then the purchase of Winning Skeet will greatly enhance your understanding and application of the program. If you do not have Mental Management for Shooting Sports we encourage you to take advantage of our special sale when you purchase them in our package.
